PMR rescuer Ted Wheeler waits along the bed of the Sandy River for the
arrival of a National Guard Blackhawk helicopter to recovery the body
of the hiker. You can see from this scene, that the river shows
fresh evidence of high water, including damaged banks and trees washed
into the river. No doubt, the river was running full and fast when
the subject tried to cross.
