A reference map of Mount Hood showing the South and West faces of the
mountain. Yocum Ridge is the large ridge to the West and the
subjects were located at approximately 10,000 feet above sea level. The
return to Timberline Lodge went from Yocum Ridge to Reid Glacier and over
Illumination Saddle.
