PMR Assists in Search for Missing Hiker on Table Rock
November 14, 2001

Portland Mountain Rescue joined crews from Pacific Northwest Search and Rescue, the Clackamas County Sheriff and others in a search for a missing 22-year-old man in the Table Rock Wilderness, Southeast of Molalla, Oregon.  The reportedly inexperienced hiker had not returned from a solo hike on Monday near the 4,881-foot mountain about 42 miles Southeast of Portland.

Fortunately, the missing man was found alive and in good condition by a Willamette Industries forest officer and escorted out of the Wilderness during the morning.
