Sunday, February 19, 2006
(Updated: Monday, February 20, 2006)

Late Sunday evening, the Clackamas County (OR) Sheriff's Office mobilized Portland Mountain Rescue to rescue two injured hikers on Table Rock, 18 miles southeast of Molalla, Oregon.

As PMR teams were en route to the Table Rock Wilderness, searchers already on site located the pair walking along a forest road.  Sheriff's deputies canceled the rescue mission shortly thereafter.

The extent of injuries to the subjects was not reported.
