The thick Coast Range terrain

The thick and varied terrain of the Coast Range mountains near Glenwood, Oregon provided a challenging and tiring environment for the PMR search team. Thick forest, clear cuts, steep stream valleys and swamps made the grid searches difficult. In this photo, PMR President Mike Ochsner emerges from the brush-clogged clear cut.
