Helicopter Airlift from Mt. Hood

Members of Portland Mountain Rescue load an injured climber into a 304th Air Rescue Squadron helicopter near 10,500 feet on Mount Hood. PMR occasionally works with airlift groups, such as the 304th, during major missions or when patient evacuation is too urgent or difficult for a land-based evacuation.
